No more Tinsel Teeth

Kourtni is a lucky duck. She got her braces off and doesn't have to deal with rubber-bands or wires inside her mouth.
No more metal mouth.
MEANWHILE...

I have rubber bands and train tracks on my teeth that hurt really bad in the morning. It has gotten better though. At first I was wearing my rubber bands the wrong way so I had to call my ortho. people and ask them how to put them on the right way like a responsible girl. Whoops. I keep forgetting to put them back in after brushing my teeth but I have gotten a little better at that too.

My Sweatshirt Has a Heart

I recently discovered this rip on my sweatshirt's sleeve is exactly the shape of a heart. It makes me laugh whenever I look at it.

Just Stuff I Bought

Yesterday Mom, Kourtni and I went shopping for something to wear to Ashley's wedding. We tried to coordinate with her color theme and this is what we got.
Ear rings. Not for the wedding because they don't match what I'm wearing but they're really light so they don't hurt my ears.

These also are not for the wedding (except for the middle shoes) but I liked them all. Plus I needed a new belt.
This is the dress Mom bought me and cardigan that I will wear for the wedding (well reception because I can't exactly go into the temple yet). Cute, eh?
These are not exactly mine and we are not even sure if they are even real Uggs but they are really warm and I can tell people they are real. Haha.
These are the shoes I bought because I love them. They are colorful, lightweight, and $30. Heehee yay.

No School=Powell's

Usually Payton and I are the only ones home on no school days because Mom is at her meetings, Kourtni is with her friends and Dad is at work. So I mean, we have to have something to do so we go to Powell's Sweet Shoppe. It is basically a tradition. Powell's has almost every candy you could think of or want. It is spendy though( like Payton spent $1.20 on a pack of peanut butter m&ms). It's always fun though and, since we had no school today, Payton and I hopped on over to THE candy shop of East Boise.

My candy again. I like the white gummy bears!

Things You Shouldn't Tell Payton to Do

So lately Payton has been a little bit... on edge (?) If I tell him to do something he just yells at me or grumbles. Here are a few things that you shouldn't tell him to do.

1. "Payton go clean your room," I say. "NOOO!" he yells.

2. " Payton stop screaming just because the Saints are losing/winning," I say. " TOO BAD!" he yells.

3. " Payton go do that job Dad wanted you to do," I say. " I WILLL!" he screams.

Yeah I don't know what's going through that boy's head sometimes. I might sound like I'm being his mother or overlord or something but I don't like to listen to him scream and (today) I am supposed to remind him to do his jobs. He kind of makes me laugh though.

I Am Happy For...

I am happy for a lot of things right now and probably should list them. So, here are a few.

I am happy for... 3 day weekends.

I am happy for... no homework.

I am happy for... getting all A's on my EOC's.

I am happy for... friends that I can eat pizza three times a day with (Valerie K.).

I am happy for... a clean room.

I am happy for... new clothes.

I am happy for... my aunt getting married(!)

I am happy for... friends that I can watch chick flicks with.

And other stuff.
(P.S. I am NOT happy for zits that appear every other day on my hairline and nose but that is another story :( )
