We've been getting snow almost everyday since last Sunday. Now I know there is no such thing as global warming. It's FREEZING! Payton and I go "sledding"(more like tubing or sliding down the sides of the canal on our butts) sometimes but usually we sit on the couch and watch the Grinch or Sponge Bob. I think we have about 4 inches of snow and we'll get more on Christmas Eve. On the night before Christmas, we go to Pizza Hut for dinner and then go to all of the big neighbor hoods that have light competitions and check 'em out. We went out to the other side of town on Sunday evening and looked at these two houses. At one house, there was a light show. You tune your radio to the station the people own and the lights go along with the music and jokes they play. Outside its like a drive-in movie theater. Everyone has their car parked out in front of the house and you have to wait your turn to watch because there's only room for seven cars. The other house had lights on every square inch of their lawn! The roof had lights saying " Happy Birthday Jesus" and "God Bless America". That made me laugh but it makes sense I guess. It was really cool but I wouldn't want to be their neighbors. When you drive up you need sunglasses or you'll go blind(jk but you know that)! I am finished with my Christmas shopping which makes me very proud and I have just watched the Grinch for, like, the fifth time. Yah, so MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! (p.s. the merry Christmas part took me a long time so you better enjoy it:D jk jk)

Dumb Vampire Books
Oooohh, I very much dislike Twighlight. Not to offend the 200,000,000 who do. It's just so, so... pointless and dumb. I will admit that I read all three books plus half of the fourth and I don't know why I wasted my time. GAG ME WITH A SPOON! Bella is an ignorant, personality-less klutz. She is the main reason why I don't like the book but there is so much more about it I dislike. It's, like, addicting. You don't like it but you have to read it. I wish I hadn't read it at all. The first book is actually ok but the rest are dumb. I liked the movie though, especially when Bella drops the apple and Edward catches it with his foot and bounces it into his hands.(note the book cover)The other good part is where the Cullens all walk into the lunchroom in sort-of slow motion and everyone stares because thats the first time you see them in the movie. Anyway, I know this post may sound a little harsh and some of you may be wondering why I, a 12 year old, read this book(all of my friends told me about it and to read it) but I
will tell you I didn't enjoy it. Blah...:(PS I do like Emmet and Jacob and Alice and Carlisle though!

Bowling Balls
Bowling is tough without bumpers. I actually don't think I have ever bowled without them. In fact, on my first three tries, I got the amazing score of zero! It was sad but then Dad showed me how to do it correctly. Anyway, so they just remodeled the BSU bowling ally so we decided to go. It. was. packed! We went through 3 games of pool just waiting for a lane to open. Pool is really fun though and so we were glad we had something to do. Dad's team won every round we played because Dad is pretty much good at everything he does. :( :)But those pool tables are really big so I had to use the weird little thing that helps you get your stick farther a few times. (?) Finally it was our turn to bowl so we laced up our weird shoes, picked up a bowling ball, and headed to the lanes. So, oh I would right more but we're going on a walk now. Bye!

Leaves+ rake=pooped!
I am tired, but wouldn't you be if you had to rake up dead leaves and do yard work all morning? Well when I woke up this morning the first thing Dad said was,"We're going to rake up the leaves before it rains." and believe me, we had a lot of leaves. When we were all done, there were 7 and a half large Home Depot bags full of leaves and icky muck! I'm going to be very sore tomorrow. The missionaries came over to our house though and asked, not offered, asked if they could help us rake the leaves. They actually wanted to! It was a pretty funny sight though because they were in their stiff, starchy suits, sweeping off the driveway. I don't remember there names but Elder something and Elder other-guy were from Florida so they didn't get to see very many leaves there. (I think thats right.) Anyway, I'm pooped so I'm going to go eat or something. Bye!

Bloggin
So, I've decided to make a blog. I know I may not update it frequently but I'm going to try it out and see how it goes. I always look at our family's blog and Alyssa's so I decided, "What the heck? I might as well." I'm still new to all this "blog" and "add a gadget"(?) sort of thing so bear with me o.k.? All right. Ta ta for now(hehe).
